Shipping
STANDARD DELIVERY:
All
in-stock items will leave our warehouse within 24 hours
of receipt of your order.
Your
order may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with
insurance (7-10 day delivery time), or UPS Ground (7-10
day delivery time). The delivery times quoted are based
on our past experiences with these carriers and are not
guaranteed by the carrier or Chisos.
We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier
for your order unless you indicate a preference. If we
use UPS
If you have a special
request as to the method of shipping you want us to use,
you will need to call our offices or email us your
preference.
If you
have provided your email address, we will email your
tracking confirmation number. Shipping charges may be
subject to sales tax depending on the tax laws of the
state the order is being shipped.
EXPRESS DELIVERY:
Overnight mail is shipped via USPS Express Delivery or
UPS Next Day delivery. We will choose the most
expedient, cost effective method of shipping for you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We
will quote international shipping on an individual
basis. If you are outside of the United States, we ask
that you email us with your mailing address and what you
wish to purchase so we may obtain an exact quote of your
shipping charges. We will await approval before any
charges are applied to your card.
DUTIES AND TAXES:
International orders are subject to duties and taxes.
Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the
country. The recipient is responsible for payment of
applicable duties, taxes, and other fees. Please
contact your customs office for information on duties,
taxes, and restricted items.
SALES TAX:
We are
required to charge State and Local sales tax on orders
shipped to Texas addresses. Texas requires that we
charge sales tax on both merchandise and shipping.

AVAILABILITY:
We
have made every effort to display the products featured
on our web site as accurately as possible. Because of
the differences in the display and color capabilities of
computer monitors we cannot guarantee the accuracy of
the display of the colors, details, and textures. See

In
order to keep our site current, we will make changes as
the merchandise offered for sale changes. We reserve the
right to make changes in the merchandise without prior
